This website is an informational source for deputies of the Pasco County Sheriff’s Office who are members of The Fraternal Order of Police Labor Union. However everyone is welcomed.
The purpose of this website is to provide factual information to members and the public in an effort to create a greater awareness of the Pasco County Sheriff’s Office, and to ensure an ultimate goal of bringing about a better organizational environment for it’s members and the community.
Some of the goals of the labor units are to help create a safe and positive working environment within the Pasco County Sheriff's Office for it's members and those law enforcement members not currently with the union. Securing a fair contract so members are guided in the direction the management wants to take the agency, however without the uncertainly of not having solid rules and regulations which are constantly changed, sometimes daily.

The union's current legal challenges against the Sheriff are brought about to obtain proper interpretation of Florida Statutes regarding the current contract impasse. Other legal challenges have been successfully sought and stopped the past practices of the the Sheriff's Office from clear violations of the Officer's Bill of Rights during administrative investigation.
Clearly we can and will work with the Sheriff and his staff during these difficult times in law enforcement, however we will not back down from what is the right thing to do for our members, fellow officers and the citizens we serve.
